HOW DO I....
OBTAIN
A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?
If it is agreed that you may have a prescription without seeing your doctor, please
hand in or post your requests to the surgery at least 48 hours before you require
your prescription. It will then be ready for collection from reception. If you
supply an SAE, we will post it to you. Most of our repeat prescriptions are computerised,
and attached to each prescription will be a request list which should be used
to order your medication. Please do not telephone to ask for repeat prescriptions.
Medication Reviews
All repeat medications have to be reviewed according to the doctor's instructions.
This could be annually or, with certain medications, at more frequent intervals.
You will need to make an appointment to see your doctor to have this review.
